- If buyer damages property during pick-up, they will be financially responsible for repairs.
- All item sales are final, meaning no refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstance.
- All item listing descriptions, titles, weights and measurements are approximate.
- All items won by buyer must be completely removed from the pickup location.
- You're responsible for bringing the proper means to remove lot(s) you have won.
